Day 3: I Love It When A Wedding (and a plan) Comes Together

There was no doubt about it, Mel/Mia was definitely in on the gig, between the gun and fake documents stored in her cabin and a key to what could only be a storage locker they had more than enough evidence to take her down hard.

Problem was, she didn't strike either of them as the leader of the operation - she was sweet, pretty, just the sort of con Face was the master of. Which usually meant there was a boss pulling the strings. With less than twenty-four hours before dock, it was hard to focus on getting ready for the wedding when he was going over every face on the boat they'd met in the last two days. Between the two of them, they'd practically been social butterflies - making best friends of most of the boat.

They're taking in some last minute time by the pool pretending to go over their vows only a couple hours before the altar, going over the plan if they can only nab half the pair.

"We'll flush her out," Face shakes his head, pushing up off his towel and stretching enough to make his small speedo even more scandalous. "Have Hannibal and BA grab Mia and then make a run for the hold - assuming the guns are in the hold."

Which is a big assumption.

Now there's a challenge he knows how to handle.

Continuing his trail of kisses, he drags his lips and then tongue to a deceptively strong bicep, nipping playfully.

"Got a specific area in mind or is this an endurance run to see who cracks first?"

He holds back a giggle, but only barely.

"I know your competitive streak. We'd be at it all night and never get to the main event."

Grinning when his lips come to rest on the soft, furry rise just above Murdock's navel, Face murmurs; "So the former? Any special spot or should I play pin the tongue on the erogenous zone?"

With just a slightly evil flash of baby blues, he runs his tongue into the dip.

He laughs out loud, gasping as it turns into a low moan. It's a sound no one else has ever heard him make.

"My neck..." he sighs. "Always liked that."

Never let it be said that Templeton Peck isn't an excellent lover - he's even better when he actually cares about his partner.

Nipping again with the soft moan of approval, he works his way slowly back up to his chest and then kisses Murdock's chin before drawing his tongue over the curve of his jaw.

"You just want me to pin you against the bed without waiting for the pleasure of a blow job."

Not that he has a problem with that.

"Mm, guilty as charged."

He wraps his arms around his partner as he settles back over him.

"That's the spot..."

Nibbling gently, just above the collarbone, Face shifts his weight to his left hand - letting just a little rest against Murdock's body - he finds the cool bottle and flips open the cap. Tilting it just right, he lets a little slick lube drip down his fingers before setting it aside to find the slight curve of his lover's ass.

"How 'bout this spot?" He purrs against Murdock's warm skin, licking with the tip of his tongue as he teases him open slowly.

The immediate answer to that is a series of incoherent sounds.

"You..." he growls.

Those are some of his favorite sounds.

"You..." he replies casually, trailing kisses under his chin to the opposite side of his neck before nipping gently.

He enjoys taking his time, slowly working one long finger inside him, and then a second with gentle ease.

He hisses at the intrusion, unexpected as it always is even when he knows it's coming, but he can feel the tenderness in the touch.

"God... yes."

Murdock's easy, over the years he's learned when to push where and exactly how much he can get away with - it's part of the pleasure of teasing him, knowing that no matter what he's got the dance down and can focus on the music.

The soft rustle of the bedspread under them, the way his skin still tastes faintly of alcoholic aftershave as he traces hard circles toward his adam's apple, the way his chest flushes warm and pink under the coarse hair when he's penetrated. The beauty of it all.

"You like that, don't you?" He grins, nipping a little rougher at the prominent lump under his lips as his pace pushes the slightest bit faster - not even close to enough to do more than tease.

"You know it."

He rests his hands on the small of his back, roughly pulling him closer.

"Too damn well."

[notjustaface]

It's hard to maneuver in such close quarters, but he's not exactly complaining - leaving two gentle fingers buried inside him as he bruises his lips with a rough kiss.

"No such thing as too well - not when it's us... not until you're so high you think it's as good as flying." Which is damn high praise as far as he's concerned.

Judging by the look on his face, he's a good way there already. Face knows just how far to push the teasing.

"God..."

Anything further he has to say is lost in a low moan.

And that's the look he was waiting for... eyes nearly crossed, face ruddy and panting for breath.

Barely shifting his weight, he withdraws his strong hand and guides himself into position. It's an easy fit, filling his lover as he slides close to wrap his arms around Murdock's shoulders and hold him close.

"I love you..." he moans, the words barely audible but clear enough for him in their meaning.

He groans, long and low, as he slides home.

"Love you too.. so much..."

His voice is barely above a whisper, breath catching in his throat, but he knows the words are heard and felt.

Sometimes, Face wonders if he doesn't say it as much as Murdock needs to believe he's telling the truth - sometimes he wishes it wasn't so hard to say it when he they weren't having sex - but in that moment, all he wonders is if he maybe should have held out longer before pushing him against the mattress with slow, purposeful strokes.

"How much?"

"How much do I love you?"

Asking for coherent thought at the moment is a stretch, Templeton.

[notjustaface]

Coherency is overrated, but hearing sweet nothings moaned against his ear is priceless.

"You heard me," he grins, running his tongue over the curve of Murdock's earlobe. "Keep talking..."

[notthatcrazy]

"Love you so much," he whispers in between heated moans. "More than I know how to say..."

He wishes they could talk about this when they're not having sex, but he knows that's the only time Face lets himself be open and vulnerable. It's both touching and frustrating, somehow.

"You always make me feel safe."

He very much wants that feeling to be mutual.

Safe. It's a form of the highest praise he can think of.

"Yeah?" He pants heavily, closing his eyes as he buries his face against Murdock's cheek with warm kisses.

It's hard to stay slow when he's like this, when he wants nothing more than to be eager and maybe a little rough... and then try to push himself for more. But, he manages only a little faster with each firm buck of his hips while his arms squeeze his partner even tighter.

"You always take care of me..."

He runs a hand through Face's hair, ruffling the already mussed locks, wanting to poke holes in that perfect facade to see what's underneath.

"... Always remind me I'm not alone..."

[notjustaface]

Almost gasping, Face moans against his ear - Murdock knows just how to get him undone. "Never alone..."

Even when they're not together, not alone.

Shaking slightly, he digs his fingers into Murdock's shoulders from behind, clutching him as tight as he can. "God... yes... baby..."

He lets his other hand linger on Face's back, fingernails digging in slightly.

"Let it go, baby, I've got you."

He leans up to press a kiss to his ear.

"Always have, always will."

He's not one to cry, and definitely not one to cry when his body's somewhere over the moon with pleasure, but he finds the tears once more stinging his eyes - making him thankful for the small beads of sweat under Murdock's hair. Not crying. Just a little sweat in my eyes.

"Uh-huh..." he gulps back, biting into his lower lip as his muscles begin to clench and throb.
